We’re all moving through so much change — in our bodies, our lives, and the world around us. The pace can feel relentless, and I feel it too.
In times like these, the most reliable thing we can return to is ourselves — how we care for our body, regulate our energy, and create a steady foundation to move through life.
This fall, I’m offering a one-to-one health coaching services for those who want to reconnect to their wellbeing, restore their energy, and end the year feeling grounded and strong. For a limited time, I’m offering special rates as I complete practicum hours toward my national board certification in early 2026.
Here’s how it works: we’ll clarify how you want to feel in your body and your life — your energy, sleep, stress, and overall vitality. From there, we identify simple shifts in daily habits — how you eat, move, rest, and recover — and design the routines and environment that make those changes sustainable.
This work is about building a steady foundation: simple, grounded practices that meet you where you are now. Together, we’ll create the conditions for calm, clarity, and consistent energy, so you can feel well in your body and confident in how you care for yourself.

what is health coaching?
Health coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process that helps you clarify your health and wellbeing goals, explore what motivates you, and take consistent action toward sustainable change.
As your health coach, I focus on awareness, accountability, and self-discovery, rather than prescribing plans or giving advice. Together, we look at the key areas that influence your wellbeing—how you nourish, move, rest, and restore—and identify simple shifts that align with your values and lifestyle.
The work is practical and personal. You set the direction; I help you create the structure, mindset, and environment that make change possible. Over time, those small, intentional choices add up to meaningful transformation in how you feel, live, and lead.
how we’ll work together.
Our work together has a clear rhythm—a beginning, middle, and end. At the start of the engagement, we’ll establish one to three main goals for your health and wellbeing. These serve as anchors for our work together, and we’ll revisit them each session to track progress and refine what’s needed.
Each week, we meet for a private thirty (30) minute session to focus on what matters most that day. You set the focus; I help you slow down, reflect, and get clear on the actions that move you forward. We’ll draw from your experience, your intuition, and any input from your healthcare providers—and translate it into habits and choices that feel grounded and sustainable.
Every session closes with a practice or next step to carry into the week. Between sessions, light WhatsApp communication offers motivation, accountability, and support as you integrate what you’re learning.
This process is about cutting through the noise, creating clarity and consistency, and making your approach to health truly your own.

A focused partnership designed to help you build momentum in your health and wellbeing.
This package offers clarity, accountability, and structure for busy people who are ready to make meaningful change but need support getting started. Over six weeks, we’ll clarify your goals, create simple, sustainable habits, and help you reestablish the rhythm that supports your energy and balance.
You’ll have the option to continue with additional sessions or move into deeper work if you’d like ongoing support.
