Jennifer Bruno is a Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher with additional teaching certifications in pranayama and mindfulness meditation. She brings over 25 years of dedicated practice and 1,000+ hours of study asana, mindfulness meditation, pranayama breath work, hands-on assists, and yoga philosophy with many of the most respected and influential teachers in the world.
Guided by breath and attuned to presence, Jennifer’s classes weave alignment, philosophy, and meditation into an embodied experience that meets each student where they are. Her teaching invites students to return to their innate creativity, resourcefulness, and wholeness—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Off the mat, Jennifer is a board-certified, Gestalt-based executive coach and mindfulness-based transpersonal therapist-in-training, integrating ancient wisdom and modern insight in support of whole-person transformation.
