  • Chiefable – Co-Founder & Executive Coach (2023-present): I co-created Chiefable to bring strategy, soul, and systemic change into the heart of leadership and organizations. We focus on succession planning, top team development, executive coaching, and culture transformation. We blend the rigor of top tier consulting with the depth of expert coaching—without the overhead or rigidity of large firms. Chiefable is a nimble, high-trust partner to organizations building modern leadership for a changing world. It’s where deep human development meets high-impact results.

  • Korn Ferry – Client Partner, CEO Impact Accelerator (2023): At Korn Ferry, I was recruited into the CEO Impact Accelerator to design bespoke onboarding programs for new-in-role CEOs to accelerate enterprise, team, and personal effectiveness. I became certified in Korn Ferry’s CEO Succession methodology and Leadership Architect (KFLA) framework. When my role was eliminated during a restructuring, I chose to launch my own firm—bringing big-firm caliber into a more personal and agile model for executive clients. This inflection point became the foundation for Chiefable.

  • Royal Caribbean Group – Chief of Staff to Chief Digital + Product Innovation Officer; Head of Enterprise Transformation (2016-2023): At one of the world’s largest cruise companies, I led the people side of digital transformation and supported the development and launch of flagship guest experiences—including Icon of the Seas, Utopia of the Seas, and private destinations in The Bahamas. As #2, I designed and led executive and departmental rituals such as offsites, design reviews, and board-facing deliverables. This role deepened my expertise in global hospitality innovation, guest experience design, and enterprise transformation.

  • Bridgewater Associates – Program Manager, “Principles” (2015-16): Designed and co-led a PMO for Ray Dalio’s Principles initiative, overseeing the development of digital tools and learning systems at the intersection of talent, culture, and data. Immersed in a culture of radical truth and transparency, I operated in a 24/7 feedback environment that demanded high emotional intelligence and real-time leadership development. This experience sharpened my resilience and appetite for real-time coaching as an accelerator for personal development. It becaome a catalyst for my evolution from consultant to executive coach.

  • Deloitte – Human Capital Consulting (1997-2015, 10 years): Over more than a decade at Deloitte, where I helped build the Human Capital practice from inception into one of the world’s top-ranked advisory firms. I advised Fortune 500s, government agencies, and nonprofit leaders on large-scale change efforts spanning strategy, operating model redesign, enterprise technology, talent, and organizational culture. I led high-impact projects—including a CEO-led strategy overhaul for a premier professional services firm and integrated talent planning for a national intelligence agency. Deloitte laid the foundation for my integrative approach — bridging people, structure, and strategy at scale.

  • UBS AG & MasterCard – Director, Strategy + Special Projects (2007-08): I held senior roles at UBS and Mastercard leading DEI and talent strategy during critical moments of organizational evolution. I partnered with executives to embed equity into succession planning, leadership development, and enterprise culture. My work shifted DEI+B from compliance to strategic priority—integrating it into business governance, talent systems, and employee engagement. I represented both organizations in industry forums while driving internal innovation in inclusive leadership programming. These roles strengthened my expertise in equity-centered transformation and shaped my long-term focus on systemic change.

  • U.S. Peace Corps (Guatemala) – Small Business Development Volunteer (2001-03): As a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural post-conflict Guatemala, I co-created community programs focused on youth leadership, entrepreneurship, and public health. I partnered with Indigenous leaders to design locally grounded initiatives that supported education, sustainability, and economic opportunity. The work required humility, cultural fluency, and deep listening. It remains one of the most formative experiences of my life—and continues to shape how I approach change at the intersection of presence, systems, and healing.
